Using 4Diwari

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings

Listers must have the right to advertise the property and must describe it truthfully. Agents and builders must comply with applicable RERA rules. We may moderate, reject or remove listings that violate these terms.

No brokerage by 4Diwari

4Diwari is a technology platform. We are not a party to rental or sale transactions between users and do not guarantee any property, title or user.

Prohibited conduct

Fake or duplicate listings, misrepresenting a broker as an owner, harassment, spam, and requests for advance payments before a visit are prohibited.

Paid services

Prices for paid plans are shown before purchase and include applicable GST. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4Diwari is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
