Yes. Owners can publish a limited number of active listings for free. Paid plans add more listings, featured placement and other benefits. Current limits and prices are shown on the Subscription Plans page.
Open the listing and use Chat, Send Enquiry or Book Visit. Phone and WhatsApp buttons appear only when the lister has chosen to share their number, and you need to be logged in to see it.
New listings are checked by our moderation team before they go live, to keep the marketplace free of fake and duplicate listings. Most reviews finish within one business day.
A Verified badge means our team reviewed documents submitted for that listing or profile. It is not a legal title guarantee — always do your own due diligence before paying any money.
Listings stay live for 60 days. You will be reminded before expiry and can renew from My Properties in one click.
No. Payments are processed by Razorpay. 4Diwari never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank credentials.
No. 4Diwari helps you track the agreement process (request, drafting, review). The agreement must be executed, stamped and registered through a legally compliant provider or the relevant authority.
